Professional Development Coordination Unit

Purpose

The Professional Development Coordination Unit of the Faculty of Education was established to enhance the professional knowledge and work efficiency of our academic and administrative staff, strengthen their social relationships, and share new developments and practices that provide professional benefits.

Scope

Various activities and training programs that contribute to the professional development of our academic and administrative staff are organized within the Professional Development Coordination Unit of the Faculty of Education, including Academic Sharing Seminars, Professional Development Workshops, Educational Talks, and various other training programs.

Academic Sharing Seminars

The content of the Academic Sharing Seminars primarily consists of presentations of recently completed graduate theses and the sharing of project-related experiences, particularly by academic staff within our Faculty. In addition, sharing activities such as the preparation and publication processes of high-quality publications, professional development experiences abroad, and the sharing of good practices experienced both abroad and in Türkiye with the academic and administrative staff of our Faculty are also included within the scope of the Academic Sharing Seminars.




Professional Development Workshops

The Professional Development Workshops consist of the practical sharing of various methods used in educational research by expert staff with members of our Faculty. Practical sessions on various analysis software used in educational research, activities aimed at improving academic writing skills, and the sharing of new approaches used in teaching with our academic staff are also included within the scope of the workshops.

Other Activities

All other types of sharing activities that may contribute to the professional development of our Faculty’s academic and administrative staff are organized within our Coordination Unit, and various training programs may be organized in line with requests and expectations.
