Our faculty was established as Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Education on 26.08.1999 by the Council of Ministers, in accordance with the additional article 30 of the Law No. 2809 dated 28.03.1983, upon the letter of the Ministry of National Education dated 18.08.1999 and numbered 22616.
As of May 2024, our faculty has 16 Professors, 42 Associate Professors, 40 Assistant Professors, 3 Lecturers, and 19 Research Assistants, totaling 120 academic staff and 21 administrative staff.
In our faculty, courses are conducted on a semester basis. In addition to the compulsory courses in our departments, there are elective courses that our students can choose according to their interests and abilities.
