Mission
The mission of our faculty is to educate teachers who possess a scientific mindset, are contemporary, democratic, productive, collaborative, and equipped with leadership qualities; who can adapt to changing conditions, have strong communication skills, use educational technologies effectively, embrace lifelong learning and continuous self-development; who value diversity as a richness, are sensitive to culture and art, dedicated to their profession, self-confident and tolerant, and who internalize national and moral values. In addition, our faculty is committed to conducting scientific research to address problems encountered in education, training academic staff capable of carrying out such research, and fostering mutual development through cooperation with national and international institutions, particularly the Ministry of National Education.

The vision of our faculty is to contribute to the solution of educational problems in Türkiye and around the world through scientific research, to educate qualified teachers who will equip children and young people—the guarantee of our future—with contemporary knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and to become a respected faculty at both national and international levels.
